Andrew has been a consultant to the liability risk market for over ten years. He is Director of Re: Liability (Oxford) Ltd. As principal author of over 40 position papers and publications relating to liability for personal injury and as the editor of two liability Journals he is widely known for his objective assessment and interpretation of science issues. He has been Liability Consultant to the Association of British Insurers for six years and is a member of several influential committees dealing with emerging liability issues.
