Overall Picture We produce a monthly review of a wide range of science literature and assess its implications for liability exposure and risk management. This review process provides information streams from which more detailed analyses can be constructed, specific to the needs of the customer (see recent projects). Sources include over 150 leading science journals and Government sources from around the world. The review process focuses on two main areas:
Typical contents include articles on: asbestos, emfs, genetic engineering, allergies, nano technology, work stress, diagnostic techniques, prognosis tools, rehabilitation, new contagions, whiplash neck injury, tobacco, cancer, child abuse, upper limb disorders and the work of the leading UK authorities (HSE, DEFRA, DWP, DTI, DoH) where this affects liability exposure,. Re: Liability (Oxford) has produced over 30 reports on various scientific issues affecting liability risk managers; including asbestos, silicosis, welding fume (manganese), man made mineral fibres and occupational stress. |
